RUVi is a self-navigating, hospital-grade UVC disinfection robot engineered to reduce harmful microorganisms on surfaces and in the air. It delivers automated, repeatable sterilisation in patient rooms, surgical theatres, transport terminals, clinics, aged care facilities, and more.
Unlike static UV units that require manual repositioning, RUVi autonomously maps and disinfects large indoor areas while generating a full disinfection report after each cycle.

A UVC disinfection robot is an autonomous machine that uses 254nm UV-C light to inactivate harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi on surfaces and in the air without chemical sprays or wipes.

Yes. RUVi includes multiple built-in safety sensors that pause UV-C output immediately when movement or human presence is detected nearby, ensuring safe operation in occupied spaces.

RUVi achieves ≥99.99% pathogen reduction, with lab-tested results on MRSA, E. coli, Norovirus, C. difficile and COVID-19. The 254nm wavelength targets the DNA of microorganisms to stop replication.

RUVi can disinfect most standard-sized rooms in 5 to 15 minutes, depending on layout and number of obstacles. The robot automatically adjusts its coverage path using SLAM navigation.

Each cycle generates a timestamped disinfection report, including cycle duration, room ID, UV-C exposure confirmation and sensor logs. Available in PDF and cloud-based formats.
